The Enigma of Healthy Living



The more I think about changing the health of people, more specifically, adults, I always fall back to the importance of their upbringing in childhood in my own self-conversations. I always wonder, what if these adults were brought up to be healthier in their lives, to make decisions which catered to their physical and mental well-being as they were growing and were taught from the beginning the discipline of leading healthier lives and making healthier options.
